NZD/USD Forecast January 9, 2017, Technical Analysis

The New Zealand dollar initially tried to rally on Friday but then broke down below the 0.70 level yet again. The bearish candle suggests that we are going to break down even further, and on a break below the bottom of the range, I am willing to sell the New Zealand dollar as it should then reach to the 0.6850 level. If we can get below there, the market should then reach down to the 0.68 handle, followed by the 0.65 level. I have no interest in buying, as I believe the US dollar continues to be the strongest currency in the world.
